"Quality has really gone downhill and…"
Quality has really gone downhill and they don’t stand behind their products. I’ll start with the fact that my daughter has one of their older styles of pajamas that she’s been regularly wearing for 2 years. They still look brand new! Now, multiple pajamas have holes and major fading. The seams don’t line up and are all wonky. Received a $60 backpack with a hole in it. They did say I could return that but it was a print that they couldn’t replace so I just had to fix it myself. Nothing from them. Recently emailed them about a pair of pajamas with holes in the fabric, only in a certain color on the fabric. It was eating away at the fabric (you could still see the stretchy fabric underneath) and just certain petals of the flower that were a certain color were disintegrating. Their response was it was more than 3 days so there was nothing they could do! 3 DAYS! What a joke. You stand by your products for 3 days. Embarrassing. We’re talking about $40 pajamas here. Oh well, lesson learned. Hopefully I can save you from wasting your money.

They sell really expensive products at high margins, yet use the crappiest, cheapest shipping carriers possible. They should honestly be embarrassed by this. Customer service is totally useless too, don’t even bother. Check out Little Sleepies or one of the other Instagram baby brands. Higher quality and way better experience!! I’ve spent over 1k across multiple orders on PP and won’t be back.

They sell really expensive products at high margins, yet use the crappiest, cheapest shipping carriers possible. They should honestly be embarrassed by this. Customer service is totally useless too, don’t even bother. Check out Little Sleepies or one of the other Instagram baby brands. Higher quality and way better experience!! I've never actually had a company refuse to help me in a situation where a package that says delivered never actually made it to me. I could not even file a claim with the post office because the shipper (Posh Peanut) did not insure the package. Posh Peanut screwed me out of money and items, and told me they are not liable for packages lost. This is ludicrous, and I've never heard of a company conducting business this way before.

I’d give them a zero if I could. I purchased something as a gift and put it away. When I gave the gift they opened it and it had a small hole in it. I contacted the company and they stated items have to be looked over within three days. Three days? That’s ridiculous. They refused to take it back. I will never buy from them again I certainly do not recommend this company.

"Buyer Beware!!!"
I came across Posh Peanut in a children’s boutique, shopping for sleepwear and dresses for my two daughters. Instantly fell in love with their clothes and since have spent easily over $1000 between online orders, Saks, and children’s boutique purchases.
However my most recent experience will leave me to never spend another dime on their clothing moving forward.

I placed an order containing 6 items. Upon receiving the order there was a mistake made on their part and I was sent a 6T shirt instead of the 4T.
I messaged their customer service, gave them all the information they asked for, and their “solution” was they would send me the correct size, and a return label for the wrong size to be sent back.
Mind you, this was 100% their mistake.
They sent the wrong size. I said I would be fine with that but I would like a discount code to use on their site in the future for the inconvenience that this has caused. Not to mention me having to take this item to mail it back to them…
Once again reminding you this mistake was to no fault of my own.
They said they would speak to their team and get back with me.

Over an hour later I receive an email saying, they will not give me any discount code, and that I can either exchange the item, and send the wrong size back to them by me taking time out of my busy day to drop off the package at the post office, OR keep the size that my daughter will be wearing TWO YEARS FROM NOW, and they will refund me for that item.

Never in my life have I received such terrible customer service. For a premium product at that.
There are plenty of other competitors to spend my money at.
I have two young girls who are very spoiled, and this company will not see another dime from us. Pray your order is right, if not it will only come at an inconvenience to you.

Horrible quality. I've ordered bamboo sleepers from multiple companies and never had a sleeper that fell apart after my baby's first time wearing it. It came apart at the seams, which would mean it was defective. I contacted Posh Peanut and asked if they would replace the item, but unfortunately, they said no. They wouldn't be responsible for it and they didn't offer any help.
I'll take my business elsewhere and buy from companies who care about their customers!

"I have spent over $3,000 within 2…"
I have spent over $3,000 within 2 months at this business. You’d think i’d be treated better than i’ve been getting treated. Apparently not at all.
I ordered 2 brand new Fisher-Price Luxe blanket $228 for just those 2 items. I opened the first blanket & theres a pinhole along the rim where the fabric is fraying ALREADY. I have emailed them OVER 7 different times to get a response from someone that can help & i’ve been ignored. I also had an issue where i bought 2 $100 gift cards & should have received 2 $20 credits. I only received 1. I emailed about that issue ALONG SIDE THE PINHOLE 5 times before getting a response & they still ignored the pinhole issue in the blanket??? Subject was Pinhole & GC somehow they only paid attention to one?
Anyway. I finally got a response 7 emails later. Guess what, NOW im past the 30 day refund window. DUE TO THEM NOT RESPONDING TO ME!? How in the world is that my fault!? I did my part and emailed the exact same day i received my items. And now because they didn't want to respond to the emails im past the 30 day window!? Absolutely not. You would think being a loyal customer off the bat they’d have amazing customer service. Especially with how expensive they are. But apparently not. I wonder how many other emails they’ve ignored for 13 weeks just to not have to refund people their money.
I have every single email to prove it.

Its disgusting and i feel like i’ve been slapped in the face.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. I contacted them about a backpack that I ordered back on Black Friday. It had a horrible smell to it. They said I could send it back and they would send me a new one once the post office at my town scanned it. All this never happened. Got the replacement backpack a week after Christmas. My granddaughter had no gift. I asked for someone to contact me and heard nothing. Terrible service
